Job Title: Marketing Internship

Location: Hybrid (Remote and within Kuala Lumpur)

Duration: 6 months

Job Overview:

We are a Malaysia-based medical tourism company dedicated to connecting international patients with quality healthcare services across Malaysia. Our mission is to promote Malaysia as a leading destination for healthcare and wellness, offering world-class treatment, hospitality, and cultural experiences.

As a Marketing Intern, you will assist the marketing team in developing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns that promote our medical and wellness services to local and international markets. You’ll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and partnership outreach within the growing field of healthcare tourism.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Assist in managing company social media accounts, including content creation and posting.
• Conduct market research on healthcare trends, target markets, and competitor activities.
• Help prepare promotional materials, brochures, and presentations for marketing use.
• Coordinate and assist in events, exhibitions, or collaborations with hospitals, clinics, and travel partners.
• Monitor and report on marketing analytics and campaign performance.
• Support the team in maintaining and updating the company website and marketing database.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Good communication and writing skills in English (additional languages such as Malay, Mandarin, or Arabic are an advantage).
• Interest in healthcare, travel, or wellness industries.
• Proficient in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Creative, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
