About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to learn and contribute to business-technology solutions while exploring Generative AI applications. This internship provides exposure to real projects in a collaborative environment, ideal for students launching their careers in business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops under supervision
• Document business requirements and process flows
• Create user stories and basic process documentation
• Participate in gap analysis activities

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare business requirement documents and reports
• Develop presentations for stakeholder meetings
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Project Support

• Collaborate with internal development and project teams
• Participate in Agile project meetings and activities
• Support testing activities and quality assurance processes
• Learn project management methodologies

AI & Technology Research

• Research emerging AI use cases and technology trends
• Support digital transformation project activities
• Evaluate AWS and cloud solution applications

Duration: minimum 6 months  

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong academic performance with demonstrated analytical skills
• Minimum CGPA required: 3.5

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
• Interest in AI, cloud technologies, and automation
• Familiarity with project management concepts
