This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in business analysis, AI-driven transformation, and working with real project teams.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Support gathering of business requirements through stakeholder discussions and research
• Assist in writing clear documentation such as user stories, business requirements document, and process flows
• Help map business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Work with project teams (developers, designers, engineers) to understand solution design
• Support Agile/Scrum activities including backlog refinement and sprint discussions
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions
• Explore how AI and automation can improve business processes

Job Requirements

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
• Strong interest in business analysis, technology, and problem-solving
• Basic understanding of how software projects work (Agile is a plus)
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn about AWS, AI, and digital transformation
  

Preferred: Final-semester internship students with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 

Skills
