Job Description
- Facilitate sales organization, monitor orders, and follow up with customers
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and brand efforts
- Contribute to managing social media updates and basic content organization
- Help in creating sales documents, quotes, and basic presentations
- Provide support for events, pop-up shops, and product demonstrations (as needed)
- Carry out basic market analysis and competitor research
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, marketing, warehouse)
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline
- Strong communication abilities in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently
- At ease in interacting with customers or partners
- Having an interest in the FMCG / food sector is a plus
