Marketing & Social Media Intern

Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
2. Create and schedule content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads.
3. Develop content ideas, captions, and campaign concepts aligned with the company’s branding.
4. Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when required.
5. Assist in creating marketing materials such as posters, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
7. Support the organization and coordination of marketing events, promotions, and product launches.
8. Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation.
9. Assist in maintaining and updating the company website and digital platforms.
10. Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and social media management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
