Job Summary

The Warehouse Helper is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role ensures materials and finished goods are handled properly and warehouse activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Storage

• Assist in receiving raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Verify quantities and conditions of incoming goods.
• Arrange and store materials in designated locations.
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of all inventory.

Inventory Handling

• Pick and prepare materials for production according to requisition requests.
• Assist in stock counting and inventory checks.
• Support stock rotation using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices.
• Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Loading & Dispatch

• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment and delivery.
• Ensure products are packed and handled properly to prevent damage.
• Support delivery documentation and order verification.

Housekeeping & Safety

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse SOPs.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Dispose of waste materials according to company guidelines.

General Support

• Assist Production and Warehouse teams when required.
• Perform any other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.
• Support periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation activities.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum Diplom or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move goods.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
