Ayana Sama Wellness is a growing reflexology & wellness brand built on comfort, professionalism, and a premium customer experience. We are offering Front Desk Internship opportunities for individuals who wish to gain hands-on customer service, sales, and operations experience in a wellness environment.

This internship provides real operational exposure, guided training, and the opportunity for full-time conversion upon completion.

Internship Scope & Learning Areas

• Assist with check-ins, walk-ins, queue flow & booking system
• Learn customer greeting, service explanation & guidance
• Support handling of basic customer enquiries and complaints (Level 1)
• Learn sales flow, package promotion & add-on upselling
• Assist in cashier duties and daily closing procedures
• Maintain reception cleanliness and Ayana Sama ambience
• Assist in simple content capture for social media & promotions

Job Requirements

• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn customer service and sales skills
• Able to communicate basic Malay or English (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit to 5 working days per week
• Able to work long shifts (13 hours, shift-based)
