a) Assist in preparing detailed cost estimations, initial feasibility studies, and comprehensive budget forecasts.

b) Monitor ongoing expenditures against approved budgets to help identify variances and track financial risks.

c) Coordinate the lifecycle of contract administration, including compiling agreements, checking variation orders, and verifying progress claims.

d) Assist in managing the final accounts process while ensuring full contractual compliance and supporting the protection of the company's commercial interests.

e) Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for all tendering activities and the sourcing of work packages.

f) Assist in compiling tender documents and organizing vendor submissions for evaluation.

g) Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
