Job Description

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Achieve company sales target for the department and individual daily/weekly/monthly and yearly targets, as well as rendering exceptional customer service to enhance overall Company’s brand and image.

Primary Duties:

  • Achieve and exceed Department and Personal Sales target.
  • Contribute ideas to formulate sales strategy and sales planning.
  • Attend to walk in and incoming calls from potential or existing purchasers / buyers and appointed real estate agency and update leads until conversion into leads management system.
  • Continuously source for and secure new databases of customers and prospects for all types of products / projects.
  • Compile and update reports and filing related to sales, budgeting and targets on regular basis.
  • Assist to manage sales initiatives, activities and provide post-mortem reports and assessments.
  • Perform market survey, customer feedback/survey and property related news to assist in product planning and marketing and sales strategy and planning.
  • Participate in all sales activities, property exhibitions, roadshows, product launches and other sales related events.
  • Participate in all marketing, A&P events and activities including CSR activities / events.
  • Upkeep cleanliness and tidiness of sales gallery & show units and models to create a lasting impression on customers.
  • Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.


Job Requirements

A recognized degree or diploma in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably from Property industry.

Pro-active, enthusiastic and self-driven with high level of integrity.

Pleasant disposition, good communication and good organizational skills, highly motivated and very result oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/ Word/ Powerpoint)

Able to work on weekends/ public holidays
