Primary Duties:

• Perform full spectrum of sales duties from prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, sales administration and after-sales service.
• Brainstorm, plan and execute marketing strategies to promote projects / properties, including but not limited to online and offline advertising, roadshow, launches, exhibitions, project awards participation, corporate campaign, and publicity events.
• Carry out competitor study and market research to identify market potential, prospective customers, market penetration and market competitiveness, as and when required.
• Coordinate with consultants, creative agencies, and vendors on the development of marketing collaterals and sales tools to ensure the accuracy of product information and meet the deadlines requirements.

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and carrying out upcoming new projects launch preparation, documents, and marketing activities and materials.
• Accountable for sales gallery and show unit’s matter.
• Assist in generating new leads through various social media channels and expanding the customer base.
• Manage customers’ feedback/comments and attend to their inquiries on property information, loan applications, and end-financier.
• Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports of the Management.
