Job Description

Job Summary:

To lead and manage all finance-related activities for the property segment portfolio, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial support for property development and operations.

  • Oversee financial management of property assets including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for property entities.
  • Manage property-related CAPEX and OPEX, ensuring cost control and value optimization.
  • Support property acquisitions, disposals, and development projects with financial analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, valuers, and consultants on property-related matters.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and processes to strengthen governance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the property segment finance team.
  • Partner with operations, leasing, and asset management teams to support business decisions.
  • Ensure financing related activities are carried out on time i.e. Funds placement, loan drawdown, repayment and interest payment.
  • Perform cash flow projection to monitor project fundings requirement.
  • Collaborate with business partners for all joint venture activities i.e. project committee meetings, business negotiation, and other ad hoc requirements.
  • Knowledge of KPA accounting software will be added advantage.


Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / ACCA / CIMA / CIA, or any related discipline field.

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in internal or external audit exposure.

Preferably candidates with high integrity, good working ethics and punctual in meeting deadlines.

Analytical thinking, able to identify control lapses and process improvements required.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a team.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with domain knowledge in the property and plantation industry is highly advantageous.

Self-motivated with good attitude, possess good communication, team work and analytical skills.
