Job Description
- Assist in data entry into system. (MILES and SALESFORCE)
- Responsible in data management and clean-up.
- Assist in day-to-day customer queries.
- Coordinate customer request (service, breakdown and general queries regards to fleet) between internal departments within the Company.
- Filing of documents.
- Assist in “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and Credit data upload into system (DONALD).
- To manage general incoming and outgoing email (sales care).
- Assist on data compilation for reporting.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Public Relations or any related course or studies. (open to all)
- Proficient in Business English communication (written and verbal)
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
