Job Description

As a Business Development Consultant at AZEO, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs and delivering customized talent development solutions. You will collaborate closely with corporate clients to identify skill gaps, develop tailored training programs, and drive workforce development through innovative learning and talent management strategies.

In this role, you will also be responsible for meeting personal sales targets, driving business growth, and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with corporate clients to understand their talent development needs and provide expert consultation on AZEO’s learning solutions.
  • Solution Design: Work with internal teams to create and deliver customized training programs that address specific client challenges, focusing on both skillset and mindset enhancement.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed personal sales targets through consultative selling of AZEO’s talent solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of training solutions, coordinating with trainers, venues, and relevant departments to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Client Success: Measure the effectiveness of solutions and work with clients to ensure they meet their development goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends in talent management and learning solutions to continuously improve and innovate AZEO’s offerings.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to clients and the internal team on project progress, client feedback, and results.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience in talent development, learning solutions, or a similar consultative role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate training needs, especially in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of training methodologies and tools is an advantage.
