What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage potential corporate clients across industries.
• Understand client needs and propose customized training & development solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Achieve sales targets while contributing to overall team success.

• Driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Excellent problem solving skill
• Passion for people development and learning solutions
• Possess a valid driving license and own car (required for client visits)
• Fresh graduates are welcome – full training will be provided!
• Sales or business development experience is an added advantage
