Customer Service & Client Success Intern

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up with clients
• Support coordination of training programs and schedules
• Assist with social media enquiries and communication
• Maintain client records and service documentation
• Work closely with the operations, marketing and sales team

Job Requirements

Who Should Apply:

• Diploma or Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Customer Service, Communication or related fields
• Students undergoing final semester internship or fresh graduates who can commence work upon completion of internship, if performance meets company's expectations
• Friendly personality with strong communication skills
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
• Min 3 to 6 months internship period

Internship Allowance:

RM800 – RM1,000 per month

High-performing interns may be offered a permanent role:

Intern → Customer Service Representative → Customer Service Executive/Client Success Executive → Senior Executive → Customer Service/Client Success Manager
