Job Description

We’re hiring a Final Year HR Student who’s ready to grow into a permanent HR role after internship (based on performance & attitude).

What You’ll Do During Internship (Assist HR Manager in):

  • Recruitment: screening, arranging interviews & candidate follow-up
  • Training & Development: schedule planning, material prep & coordination 
  • HR Administration: staff records, letters, attendance, staff claims & general HR tasks
  • Employee Engagement: supporting HR events, activities & communications
  • HR Projects: assisting in systems, policy updates & process improvements
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager

 

Upon Successful Permanent Hire (Additional Responsibilities):

  • Payroll Administration: checking attendance, allowances, claims, monthly payroll support
  • HR Policies & Compliance (P&C): assisting in policy documentation, HR processes & compliance matters
  • HR Reporting: monthly HR metrics, analysis & dashboards
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration (basic support tasks)
  • Expanded HR operations exposure across the full HR cycle

Job Requirements

You’re a Good Fit If:

  • You’re a final-year HR student who can go full-time after internship
  • Strong communication skills (English & BM; Mandarin is a plus)
  • Detailed-Oriented, Proactive, organised & eager to learn
  • Good problems solver
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Internship Allowance: RM500 - RM1,000 per month

Internship Duration: 3 months - 6 months. Able to start by January 2026 would be ideal.
