About the Role
At AZEO, we empower companies through impactful training and talent solutions. We’re looking for an Operations Admin Intern who’s organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support our fast-paced team in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks
- Help coordinate logistics for training programs and events
- Liaise with vendors, trainers, and venue providers
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
- Support internal teams to keep timelines and tasks on track
Job Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Final Year Students pursuing Business Admin, HR, Management, or related fields
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English and BM (Mandarin is a plus)
- Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 to 6 months duration of internship
