Sales & Business Development Intern (Corporate Training Industry)

This internship gives you real exposure to corporate sales and client engagement, not just administrative work.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the Sales and Operations team to reach out to companies and introduce HRD Corp claimable training solutions to potential corporate clients
• Conduct prospect research and identify potential corporate leads
• Support preparation of proposals and sales materials
• Assist in coordinating meetings with corporate clients
• Learn how consultative B2B sales works in the training industry

Job Requirements

Who Should Apply:

• Diploma or Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related fields
• Students undergoing final semester internship or fresh graduates who can start work immediately upon completion of internship, if performance meets company's expectation
• Interested in sales or business development and goal-oriented
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Possess own car and have a valid driving license
• Min. 3 to 6 months internship period

Internship Allowance:

RM800 – RM1,000 per month
