<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>🌐 Domain &amp; Website Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in purchasing and registering domains.</li>
<li>Assist in configuring and managing domain and DNS settings.</li>
<li>Monitor domain status and renewal dates.</li>
<li>Assist the team in resolving basic domain-related issues.</li>
</ul>
<h3>📱 PWA Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in configuring and managing Progressive Web Applications (PWA).</li>
<li>Monitor PWA installation and download numbers.</li>
<li>Update daily PWA performance records.</li>
<li>Report any technical issues to the relevant team.</li>
</ul>
<h3>📊 Tracking &amp; Analytics</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in setting up and managing <strong>Google Tag Manager (GTM)</strong>.</li>
<li>Assist with tracking configurations for <strong>Google, TikTok, and Bing</strong>.</li>
<li>Assist in adding and testing Pixels.</li>
<li>Learn how digital tracking and conversion measurement work.</li>
<li>Check tracking performance and report any abnormalities.</li>
</ul>
<h3>🖥️ VPS &amp; Technical Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist with basic VPS configuration and management.</li>
<li>Maintain records of VPS and system configurations.</li>
<li>Monitor basic system status.</li>
<li>Coordinate with developers or technical vendors when technical assistance is required.</li>
</ul>
<h3>📢 UA Account Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist with setting up and managing User Acquisition (UA) accounts.</li>
<li>Assist with account verification and account top-ups.</li>
<li>Monitor account status and balances.</li>
<li>Handle routine UA account management tasks.</li>
</ul>
<h3>📈 Daily Reporting</h3>
<ul>
<li>Update daily reports on:</li>

<li>PWA installations</li>
<li>PWA downloads</li>
<li>Other relevant digital performance data</li>
</ul>
<li>Maintain accurate records using Excel or Google Sheets.</li>
<li>Highlight unusual changes or issues to the supervisor.</li>
</ul>
<h3>📄 Administrative &amp; Operational Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in reviewing basic contracts and identifying important information for management's attention.</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation for domains, accounts, tracking systems, and digital assets.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.</li>
<li>Perform other digital operations tasks assigned by the manager.</li>
</ul>

• Manage domains, PWAs, GTM/pixels, VPS and UA accounts; run daily reports and resolve issues.
• Work in a hands-on digital ops team with on-the-job training across tracking, ads and web tech.
• Accelerate tracking and web ops skills; make real impact!
