Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Product Manager
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
  • Handle travel arrangements, claims, and expense reporting
  • Assist Product Manager in tracking product development progress and timelines
  • Support documentation of product requirements, updates, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, IT) to ensure project alignment
  • Assist in preparing presentations, product briefs, and business reports
  • Act as a communication bridge between Product Manager and internal stakeholders
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and product discussions
  • Maintain records, reports, and dashboards for product and business tracking
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing basic operational/product data
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Digital Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented and proactive attitude
  • Able to work independently and support a fast-moving team
