Job Description
- Handle general office administration (filing, data entry, document preparation) and prepare simple reports
- Handle daily accounts payable and receivable transactions ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required by supervisors
- Update other relevant staff with debtor information as and when required
- Provide support on daily accounting tasks
- Handle Full Set Accounts
- Liaise with Company Secretary, Banker, Auditor
- SST Submission
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business administration/Accounting/Finance or relevant courses.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to speak in Mandarin, English and Malay
- Organised, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
