Job Description

  • Handle general office administration (filing, data entry, document preparation) and prepare simple reports
  • Handle daily accounts payable and receivable transactions ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required by supervisors
  • Update other relevant staff with debtor information as and when required
  • Provide support on daily accounting tasks
  • Handle Full Set Accounts
  • Liaise with Company Secretary, Banker, Auditor
  • SST Submission 
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business administration/Accounting/Finance or relevant courses.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to speak in Mandarin, English and Malay
  • Organised, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
