Job Description
- Design digital creatives for marketing campaigns (social media, ads, banners)
- Assist in creating visual content for Meta, Google, and TikTok ads
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, etc.)
- Support A/B testing by producing multiple design variations
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop high-performing creatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
- Stay updated on design trends and digital marketing creatives
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion design is preferred
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Willingness to learn about performance marketing and data-driven creative
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing design work (static or animated) is required
- Experience creating social media or paid advertising creatives is added advantage
- Familiarity with Meta Ads or Google Ads formats
- 0-2 years of working experience, fresh graduate is welcome
