Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database 
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave 
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies 
  • Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes 
  • Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and procedures 
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time 
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) 
  • Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data 
  • Handle payroll-related queries and discrepancies 
  • Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required 
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow 
  • Handle general administrative tasks and documentation 
  • Support company events, team bonding, and internal activities

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience 
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processing and Malaysian statutory requirements 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) 
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
