Job Description

• Participate in the architecture design, technical research, and solution evaluation for the company's payment system.
• Set up the development environment, design and implement system solutions, perform coding, and conduct unit testing.
• Prepare and maintain detailed system design and technical documentation. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with an Internet company background, a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, and experience in designing and developing large-scale websites or high-traffic business systems are preferred.
• Proficient in Java, with in-depth understanding and hands-on experience in JVM, multithreading, network I/O, and locking mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL database architecture and principles, proficient in SQL development and optimization, with deep understanding of database transactions, locks, and indexing.
• Familiar with distributed system architecture and distributed caching technologies, capable of designing and implementing high-concurrency and high-availability systems.
• Proficient in mainstream open-source frameworks and technologies, including Spring, Spring Boot, MyBatis, Redis, Kafka, Message Queues (MQ), Zookeeper, and Dubbo.
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining Spring Cloud microservices.
• Excellent communication skills with strong self-management and self-motivation abilities.
• Capable of leading a small development team to deliver projects or subsystem modules while mentoring and developing team members.
