Job Description

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, email platforms, web analytics).
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports to monitor campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
• Use advanced Excel/Sheets functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA) for efficient data manipulation.
• Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, specialized data platforms) to assist with data querying, generating summary reports, and identifying initial data trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and management teams to deliver data insights that improve targeting, segmentation, and conversion.
• Support basic A/B testing, lead attribution models, and customer journey analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and platforms.
• Assist in documenting and improving reporting processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a marketing analytics or data support role. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (must-have).
• Familiarity with marketing platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated interest or basic experience with generative AI tools (e.g., using AI for data summarization or prompt engineering for visualization).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present data in a clear way.
