Content & Data Operations

• Oversee the content and data the product carries, including scope, quality and consistency across across markets.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to maintain accuracy and timeliness, and to resolve issues as they arise.

Product Operations

• Manage day-to-day product configuration and operational settings.
• Support the release cycle, from requirements through to verification, and keep operating documentation current.

Engagement & Retention

• Operate the product's engagement and reward mechanics.
• Manage notifications and lifecycle communications, balancing reach against user experience.

Campaigns & Key Periods

• Plan and support campaigns and seasonal activity.
• Ensure the product and the team are prepared for launches and high-traffic periods.

Analysis & Reporting

• Track product performance and user behaviour, and translate findings into recomendations.
• Keep an informed view of the market and competing products, and share it regularly with the team.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in product, content or growth operations for a consumer digital product.
• Comfortable working with data and analytics tools, and able to reach your own conclusions from them.
• Clear written communication, including the ability to document requirements for technical teams.
• Working proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to stay composed under time pressure.
• Some flexibility around launches and peak periods.
