Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA process and results
• Assist in liaising with clients to understand the business issues, processes and organization requirements.
• To prepare and review the business processes, gather requirements and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases
• Reports, tracks and monitor any issues raised by clients and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Communicates closely with client and manage the client expectations and deliverables.
• Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements

• Should possess a Degree in IT or relevant fields
• At least 1 years’ experience in related field
• Proficiency in English and Chinese vernaculars is a MUST
• Must have initiative and able to work with minimum supervision
• Must have good written or oral communication skills
