IT BA oversees the successful delivery of innovative solutions, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives to meet client needs. The role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, tracking progress, managing risks, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. You should have project management experience, familiarity with agile/scrum practices, and knowledge of insurance, with proficiency in tools like JIRA or Agile.

What You Will Do

Project Planning and Execution:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical and business feasibility.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure milestones are achieved.

Team Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members, fostering accountability and positive action.

Risk and Change Management:

• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Communicate project status, progress, and updates effectively with stakeholders at allevels.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Provide escalations and resolutions for issues and conflicts to ensure smooth project delivery.

Job Requirements

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or related fields.
• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in software development 
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and/or Scrum preferred).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
• Independent and proactive in managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English language and need to be able to converse in Mandarin due to Mandarin-speaking Clients
