Production admin/supervisor commonly work at factories office,assisting supervisors with production processes on daily basis.

Job Description (List of task carried out)

1. Responsible for planning and effective implementation and maintenance facilities                
2. Contribute to the company management leading to plans and objectives associated with Qc and Production.                
3. Develop and administer production.                
4. Maintain and ensure raw material and product security and proper transaction documentation in system.                
5. Daily monitor and maintain adequate stock level to ensure uninterrupted production and SAP practices.                
6. Update all transaction in SAP system.                
7. Assist in loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.                
8. To ensure security of documentation and proper filing of loading transactions.                
9. Execute production commission on daily basis as well as overtime hours of all employees.                
10. Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
