Babymama International Sdn Bhd is looking for Marketing Interns to help us with social media, content and basic marketing campaigns. This internship is suitable for students who enjoy creative work, like to learn by doing and want a solid portfolio by the end of their internship.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will receive guidance, then be trusted with real tasks such as:

Content and Social Media

• Assist in planning and scheduling content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Help write simple captions, basic copy and short content ideas
• Help take photos or short videos for products, behind the scenes or campaigns
• Assist in replying to comments or messages (where needed, with guidance)
   

Design and Creative Support

• Use simple tools like Canva to create basic posters, stories or social media visuals
• Help prepare simple materials for promotions, launches or campaigns
   

Marketing and Campaign Support

• Assist in running small promotions or campaigns (online and/or offline)
• Help track simple marketing results (views, likes, comments, basic sales impact)
• Support coordination with other departments when marketing activities are running
   

You do not need to be an expert. Basic skills and strong interest are enough – we will guide you.

Job Requirements

WHO CAN APPLY

• Diploma or Degree students in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, Design or any related field
• Able to commit at least 3 months
• Active user of social media (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook)
• Comfortable using a smartphone and basic editing apps
• Basic Canva or simple design/video editing skills are an advantage, but not compulsory
   

More important than your technical skills:

• You are interested in marketing and content
• You are willing to try, learn and improve
• You are not afraid to share ideas and ask questions
• You can follow deadlines and complete tasks given
• You can communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English

Skills
