Job Description

Babymama International Sdn Bhd is looking for Admin Interns to support our daily office and operational work. This internship is suitable for students who are organized, careful with details and want real experience in how an office and business are run.

You will be part of the team that makes sure things are properly recorded, updated and running smoothly.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Monthly allowance: RM500 – RM1,000

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be trained first, then guided to handle tasks such as:

General Administration

  • Assist with filing, data entry and document updating
  • Help prepare simple reports, lists and tracking sheets
  • Organise and maintain physical and digital records
     

Office Operations Support

  • Answer basic calls or messages and direct them to the right person
  • Help prepare simple documents, letters, forms or labels
  • Assist in coordinating with other departments (sales, marketing, warehouse) when needed
     

Basic Coordination and Follow-Up

  • Help follow up on pending documents or information from team members
  • Update simple records such as stock movement lists, order forms or customer details (if assigned)
  • Support any other administrative tasks required by your supervisor
     

You will not be left alone without support, but you will be expected to be responsible for the tasks given.


Job Requirements

WHO CAN APPLY

  • Diploma or Degree students in Business Administration, Office Management, Management, Accounting, or any related course
  • Able to commit at least 3 months
  • Can communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
  • Comfortable using a computer and basic software (Word, Excel or Google Docs/Sheets)
