Baemont is a Direct-to-Consumer diamond and fine jewellery brand based in Kuala Lumpur, with a growing presence in Singapore. We're known for GIA/IGI-graded diamonds, master-crafted settings, and making fine jewellery genuinely accessible — Think Diamond, Think Baemont.

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Intern who wants to learn how a real D2C brand runs its marketing — not fetch coffee or update spreadsheets. You'll work directly with the founders and the Social Content Specialist on live campaigns, content production, and community management. The brief is simple: ship work that ships, learn fast, and build a portfolio you'll actually want to show.

This is a 3 to 6-month internship based at our KLCC office, ideal for students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, or related fields.

Job Requirements

Content Creation (the fun part)

• Help plan, shoot, and edit content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories — including jewellery flat-lays, behind-the-scenes, and customer moments.
• Write captions, hooks, and short-form copy in line with Baemont's brand voice.
• Build moodboards and references for upcoming campaigns and product launches.

Day-to-Day Social

• Schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu using our content calendar.
• Reply to DMs and comments, and route customer enquiries to the sales team.
• Track post performance weekly and report on what's working (and what's not).

Marketing Support

• Assist with influencer and UGC creator outreach — research, shortlisting, and coordination.
• Help set up and monitor paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Support email marketing (EDMs), product launch rollouts, and on-shoot logistics.
• Contribute ideas in weekly content brainstorms — your perspective matters.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Advertising, Business, or related.
• Active and curious on Instagram and TikTok — you understand trends, hooks, and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Decent writing in English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with Canva; bonus if you've touched CapCut, Adobe, or Figma.
• Strong eye for aesthetics — you appreciate clean, premium visuals.
• Reliable, communicative, and willing to ask questions before things break.
• Available for at least 3 months, full-time, on-site at our KLCC office.

No prior internship experience required. If you have a personal Instagram or TikTok you're proud of, a school project portfolio, or even just a strong moodboard, we want to see it.
