Job Description

 We are currently looking for a full-timer to join our team at Puchong Jaya

Job Description:

  • Handle paperwork and support the accountant with E-invoice processing
  • Make payments and accurately record transactions 
  • Managing and organizing documentation and records
  • Manage staff attendance and LIL (Leave in Lieu) checking
  • Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in admin or accounts support role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
