Baito Group Sdn Bhd is a Brand Activation & Events company specializing in Instore Activations, Roadshows, Concourse Events, Roving Activities, and OOH campaigns.

We are looking for a capable and organized Senior Event Executive to support project planning, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate event & activation projects from planning to completion

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal teams

* Coordinate timelines, logistics, manpower, and production requirements

* Oversee preparation, setup arrangements, and project flow

* Monitor budgets and cost control

* Ensure smooth execution during event periods

* Handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Requirements

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in events / brand activations / roadshows

* Prior experience in instore / mall / concourse / outdoor activations preferred

* Strong coordination, organization, and project management skills

* Able to manage suppliers, logistics, and production matters

* Good communication and problem-solving abilities

* Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
