Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content & Social

• Create short-form social posts and basic visual assets for Facebook and Instagram using templates or simple editing tools.
• Capture in-store photos or short videos to keep our feed fresh and relevant.

Campaigns & Analytics

• Support the execution of promotions and seasonal campaigns across online channels and in-store displays.
• Help track campaign performance with basic metrics like reach, engagement, and clicks.
• Prepare short weekly reports that summarize what worked and recommend simple improvements.
• Assist with A/B testing of captions or visuals to see what resonates with customers.

Team & Operations

• Work closely with store staff to gather product details, stock updates, and customer feedback for marketing use.
• Manage marketing assets and ensure files are organized for the team to reuse.
• Support small events or in-store activations by coordinating logistics and promotional materials.
• Attend brief check-ins and take ownership of action items to keep projects moving.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 0 years of work experience, suitable for current students or recent graduates seeking an internship role.
• Enrolled in or completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Available for a minimum internship period as agreed during interview and able to work flexible hours during campaigns.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content formats for Facebook and Instagram.
• Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva or basic photo editors.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets to log content calendars and simple performance metrics.
• Basic understanding of how to take product photos and short vertical videos using a smartphone.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to clear customer messaging.
