Work Environment 

&nbsp;Responsibilities include :
<ul>
<li>Develop business plans, targets, budgets and KPIs for the IT Business Unit.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Plan, resource and execute IT projects and systems pursuant to company objectives including leading the 5-year Digitalisation Project and beyond.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth and effective operations of the IT Business Unit across all IT systems with minimum downtime, adequate disaster recovery and backup plans and systems including ensuring business continuity plans are established, managed and tested.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage the IT networks, databases, servers and computer systems in the company to ensure optimal performance at all times.</li>
<li>Establish, design and maintain IT security systems including firewall management, anti-virus software, load balancing systems, and managing third party vendors (where required) in security monitoring.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Managing vendors and suppliers to ensure cost efficient and effective services are provided to the company.</li>
<li>Managing adequate and appropriate service level, support and maintenance agreements across all IT systems of the company.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor changes in the IT and innovation sectors to keep up to date with the latest tech and business practices for implementation in the company.</li>
<li>Manage the IT team including planning resources and appropriate and adequate training plans to enhance competencies within the IT team members.</li>
<li>Ensure the IT team provides excellent levels of IT support to all company staff, clients and tenants including providing or arranging for appropriate briefings and training on IT policies and cyber security issues and best practices.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and solve all IT-related issues arising from the company’s systems.</li>
<li>Establish, manage and update a comprehensive IT policy for the company including reviewing and implementing risk management, security policies, controls and cyber incident response planning.</li>
<li>Establish and implement an identity and access policies to all company IT systems.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Review investigations after breaches or incidents, including impact analysis and recommendations for avoiding similar vulnerabilities.</li>
<li>Maintain a current and up to date understanding the IT threat landscape for the industry.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with the changing laws and applicable regulations including Bank Negara Malaysia regulations for e-wallets, payment systems and digital banking.</li>
<li>Schedule periodic security audits and risk assessment and management plans.</li>
<li>Managing the development team of coders and analysts in relation to all internal IT systems.</li>
</ul>
