Work Environment

<li>Identifying new, first-to-market and in-trend retail and mall concepts, planning and development of such concepts, project management to execution and implementation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Retail, leasing and operations planning, marketing and branding for the new concepts.</li>
<li>Pre and post-opening marketing and strategic planning and operations including financial budgeting, staff hires and organisational planning.</li>
<li>Implementation and ongoing supervisory responsibilities in the operations and management of executed concepts which may include JV and partner management.</li>
<li>Conduct market intelligence and research to remain in-trend and at the forefront of mall innovation.</li>
<li>Managing and mentoring the junior members of the mall innovation team.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
