As part of our business growth, we are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a HR Operations Intern.

Key Responsibilities

1) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Assist in coordinating hiring requirements with department heads and management.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate recruitment and employee records.

2) HR Administration

  • Assist in handling employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and verify employee claims.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating staff personal files and HR databases.

3) Employee Relations

  • Assist in support employee engagement initiatives and workplace communication.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.

4) Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labor laws and company regulations.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation for management.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of HR policies and SOPs.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing final semester/year of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Internship duration must be a minimum of 12 weeks and above.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and provide support to senior team members on assigned tasks and ad-hoc duties.
  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
