Job Description

Job Description: 

IT Contract Management
1.  Assist in vetting IT contracts and liaise with internal stakeholders, including Group Digital Division, Centralized Procurement (CP) and business users, for completion.
2.  Assist to collaborate with CP and internal stakeholders to negotiate with external parties (vendors) on terms and SLAs to ensure favorable conditions for the organization.
3.  Obtain approval/acknowledgement from the superior and approving authority on the completion of agreement review.
4.  Maintaining accurate records of all IT contracts and related documents, as well as collaborating with IT Asset Management team to manage the renewal process (tracking, recording, and notifying users/system owners/business users) for contracts nearing expiration, which may involve renegotiation of terms.

 

IT Vendor Risk Management
5.  Assist to review, provide input and feedback on the improvements/remedial plans provided by vendor for PSC review
6.  Assist to facilitate discussion with vendor on vendors non performance, resulting in improved collaboration and resolution of outstanding concerns.
7.  Assist to review, provide input and feedback on the supporting documents and report provided by the system user/system owner/business user/ITPMO on the vendor non-performance.
8.  Stay informed/ updated and record whenever applicable including but not limited to the periodic project risk assessment made by ITPMO or business user/system user, evaluation, improvement/action plan and penalty.
Others
9.  Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external requlatory requirements.
10.Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.

 

Qualification
 Degree in any discipline preferably in IT or equivalent experience

 

Years of Experience
 More than 2 years experience in contract/vendor management

 

Specific Skills/Knowledge and Certification Required
 Able to communicate clearly, confident and effectively with Bank’s staff and vendors.
 Able to organize task according to assigned priorities.
 Able to work under pressure to meet dateline.
 Strong computer skills (MS Words, Excel & Access).
 Able to multi-task.
