Summary

 

Responsible for the growth in Asset Portfolio and Generate Revenue/Income in line with the KPI through prudent management of the existing clients and acquisition of new clients.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Account Relationship

 Activities

 

  1. To originate new financing proposal from Public Listed Companies, Government-linked Companies, Private Companies and other related companies.
  2. To acquire and market the Bank’s product.
  3. To monitor business activities or and to be alert on adversity and/or variation in the customers’ risk profile by highlighting to the Management with recommendation on appropriate action to be taken.
  4. To conduct review of the customers’ facility and recommend the course of action to be taken.

 

Responsibility (ies)

 

1.    To ensure that all accounts under the portfolio are reviewed on time and the status of the business are properly updated.

2.    To ensure that all proposals or leads initiated by Business Generators, internal and/or external sources are properly evaluated.

3.    Managed relationship with existing customers.

 

  • Marketing and acquisition of new customers

Activities

  1. To plan marketing schedules for new customers within the target market.
  2. To acquire new financing prospects either from existing customers or new relationship or Business Generators.
  3. Preparation of “Credit Proposal” and to get approval from respective Financing Committee.
  4. Preparation of Letter of Offer and follow-up on the acceptance.
  5. To assist the ‘disbursement and/or activation’ process with Sales Support Team and Credit Admin.

 

Responsibility(ies

 

        1. To assist that the prospects are  within the accepted risk apetite in an effort to secure quality customers
        2. To assist that all terms duly complied including all other pre-disbursement conditions prior to utilization of the facility by customers.
        3. To monitor account of the concluded deal.
        4. To maximize revenue from the group of customers
        5. To grow business via cross selling of other services
  1. Ensure adherence and compliance to internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  2. Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from to time.

 

  • Maximize wallet share of the customers / group

Activities

  1. Maintain and manage customer relationship
  2. Marketing of bank’s products and services – cross selling approach
  3. Monitor the growth and quality of business portfolio in order to meet the target.
