Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimisation of our digital banking products. This role requires balancing the operational excellence of traditional banking with the innovation and agility of fintech, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation.

Product Development

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to develop secure, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.

Customer-Centric Design

• Design and deliver hyper-personalized product features that address diverse customer needs.
• Leverage data-driven insights to continuously enhance user experience and engagement.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

• Define and track product performance metrics (e.g., deposit growth, user engagement) to measure success and guide future enhancements.
• Use analytics to identify trends and customer behavior, iterating quickly to meet market demands.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all products comply with banking regulations, including AML, data privacy, and risk management frameworks.
• Work closely with compliance and legal teams to navigate regulatory challenges effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on product goals.
• Effectively communicate product updates, performance metrics, and future plans to stakeholders.
