Job Description

Responsible in driving the growth of the Bank through new business opportunities via mergers and acquisition, restructuring, and other corporate exercise activities to expand existing business and markets. Primary job purpose includes to lead, oversee and manage corporate exercise efforts to identify and secure new revenue streams and to ensure the Bank achieve its long-term business goals. 

Job Requirements

• To lead the development and execution of the Bank’s merger and acquisition strategy
• To idenify potential acquisition targets or corporate partnerships
• To manage the whole process of possible merger and acquisition 
• To conduct a thorough financial, legal, operational and regulatory of the potential projects
• To negotiate and structure the deal terms of any transaction the Bank is undertaking
