Job Description
Supporting Our Sales Operations;
- Handle Customer enquiries, walk in enquiries, order processing and follow-ups
- Coordinate closely with production, graphic and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled smoothly
- Keep customers updated on order status, delivery timelines and any necessary adjustments
Occasional Assistance in Quotations;
- Support in preparing simple quotations only when the sales team is unavailable
- Ensure that any prepared quotations are accurate and checked before submission.
Building Strong Customer Relationships;
- Maintain customer records, order histories and support after sales service where needed.
- Help follow up on sample approvals and customer feedback after project delivery.
Keeping Our Sales Processes Organised;
- Prepare basic sales reports, update tracking sheets, and assist in administrative documentation
- File and manage quotations, orders, invoices and delivery orders systematically.
Internal Team Coordination;
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Production, Accounts and Design teams for smooth project execution.
- Help preempt and resolve small issues quickly before they affect customer satisfaction.
Supporting Growth and Marketing Activities;
- Help in preparing marketing materials, samples and support for exhibitions or client events.
- Update new leads collected from exhibitions and ensure catalogues and marketing materials are sent to potential clients.
- Contribute ideas to improve internal efficiency and customer experience.
