You will represent our purpose in person by explaining organic materials and care in a friendly, down-to-earth way that helps families choose what suits their child and values.

This role is a Builder opportunity: you will shape the in-store experience, grow trust with parents, and create simple digital moments that reflect our brand. You will serve customers, cross-sell gently to help meet monthly targets, keep displays neat and shopper-ready, capture quick photos and short videos for Instagram stories, and keep daily sales and inventory records per store SOP. You will also monitor stock levels, flag discrepancies to reduce loss, and use basic Excel to submit clear daily reports while learning on the job.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome parents and caregivers, listen to their needs, and guide them to suitable babywear options in a warm, down-to-earth way.
• Explain organic materials and garment care clearly so customers can make confident choices for their child and values.
• Suggest complementary items and gentle upsells to help meet monthly targets while keeping the interaction helpful, not pushy.
• Build trust through patient advice and on-the-job coaching to improve your customer conversations over time.

Visual Merchandising & Stock Control

• Keep product displays tidy, labelled, and shopper-ready to reflect our curated, mindful brand presentation.
• Monitor stock levels daily, perform simple counts per store SOP, and report any discrepancies promptly.
• Flag inventory issues to reduce loss and support accurate replenishment decisions by the team.
• Follow store SOPs to maintain consistent presentation and minimise shrinkage.

Content & Admin

• Capture quick photos and short videos for Instagram stories that show product details and real-life usage.
• Submit clear daily sales and inventory records using basic Excel templates provided by the store.
• Create simple digital moments that reflect our brand voice and help grow in-store engagement.
• Support small operational tasks that keep the store running smoothly and improve the shopper experience.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Comfortable with numbers and reading simple Excel reports, with willingness to learn store templates.
• Friendly, customer-facing personality that enjoys helping parents make choices for their children.
• Familiar with using Instagram for viewing and posting short-form content.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic Excel skills: enter daily sales, track simple inventory fields, and save clear reports per SOP.
• Practical understanding of stock tracking and stock discrepancy reporting procedures.
• Phone photography and short video capture skills suitable for quick social content.
• Ability to follow written store procedures and maintain accurate daily records.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Patient communicator who can explain care instructions and product benefits in plain language.
• Coachability and openness to feedback during on-the-job training sessions.
• Organised and reliable, with attention to small details that affect stock accuracy and display quality.
