Job Description
You will be a part of our Social Media Marketing team and your job scope will include:
- Plan, assist in social media content strategy planning with your team leader, cross-department to provide great social media value to the assigned project.
- Researching social media trends, design, and video formats that will gather the attention of the target audience
- Planning the creative strategy for external clients as well as for Battle Mind Creative’s own social media
- Assisting with on-site photography & video production
- Liaising with teammates, designers, ads performers, and clients to update them on the progress of creative development
- Report and liaise with clients to update them on progress to date and obtain information/collaborate where necessary
- Work with a team to brainstorm, strategize and produce content for client and internal accounts
- Creative copywriting for social media content, email marketing, and other marketing materials
Job Requirements
- Ability to use Microsoft Words, Powerpoint, Excel.
- Good command of English (Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese is added advantage)
- Attitude to grow & keen learner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and flexibility is key when it comes to working in a startup.
- Strong passion for self-improvement and development. Here at Battle Mind Creative, we are driven to help every team member achieve their personal goals. But the drive has to first come from you.
