Job Description

  • Responsible for handling full set of accounts which includes generating financial reports, processing payables, receivables, journal vouchers, petty cash, inventory report, maintenance of fixed assets registers, filling, etc
  • Maintain good record of accounting entries and ensure that accounts are up-to-date at all times 
  • To prepare weekly, monthly, and other periodical reports for the superior to review within the timeline. 
  • Monthly management accounts for management reporting for active/dormant company. 
  • Handle all matters pertaining to the assigned company, such as liaise with operational and management team, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, government authorities and etc. 
  • Attend ad-hoc assignments as and when required. 


Job Requirements

  • Possess Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/LCCI 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision 
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel 
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill, communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff/management
