Responsible for handling full set of accounts which includes generating financial reports, processing payables, receivables, journal vouchers, petty cash, inventory report, maintenance of fixed assets registers, filling, etc
Maintain good record of accounting entries and ensure that accounts are up-to-date at all times
To prepare weekly, monthly, and other periodical reports for the superior to review within the timeline.
Monthly management accounts for management reporting for active/dormant company.
Handle all matters pertaining to the assigned company, such as liaise with operational and management team, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, government authorities and etc.
Attend ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
Possess Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/LCCI
Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Possess good interpersonal skill, communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff/management
