Job Description

  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales collateral.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales appointments or meetings.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Generate sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Process and manage order logistics, including inventory levels, packaging, shipping, and fulfillment.
  • Assist with post-sales activities, including customer onboarding, support requests, feedback collection, and remote technical support.
  • Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to streamline sales support tasks and enhance customer service effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
