Job Description

1. E-Commerce Strategy & Revenue Management

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Take ownership of online revenue performance, including sales growth and profitability.

2. Online Campaign & Sales Planning

  • Plan, manage, and optimize online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales initiatives.
  • Define campaign mechanics, product bundles, pricing, and promotional offers to maximize conversion.

3. Performance Tracking & Data Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and campaign ROI.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

4. Channel & Platform Management

  • Oversee daily operations across all online sales channels, including social media, marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation and customer experience across all online touchpoints.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Align online business strategies with overall company objectives.

6. Business Optimization & Growth Initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Propose and implement scalable initiatives to grow the online business sustainably.

7. Team / Vendor Management

  • Manage, guide, or coordinate internal team members and external vendors involved in e-commerce operations or campaigns.
  • Ensure execution quality, timelines, and accountability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital business management.
  • Strong understanding of online sales funnels, campaigns, and performance metrics.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work cross-functionally.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, online sales funnels, and campaign mechanics.
  • Proven ability to manage revenue targets and sales KPIs.
