Job Description

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the setup, maintenance, and removal of temporary traffic control systems, including signage, barriers, cones, and flagmen.
• Monitor real-time traffic flow around the site and adjust control measures as needed to minimize disruptions and ensure safety.
• Conduct daily briefings with traffic personnel on their duties, site hazards, and safety practices.
• Report any traffic incidents, non-compliance, or public complaints to the Traffic Manager or Safety Officer.
• Ensure all traffic personnel wear proper PPE and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain daily records of traffic operations, staff attendance, and incidents.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

• SPM or equivalent; additional training in safety or traffic management is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction field.
• Good understanding of local road traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor/site environments.

Location Requirement:

• This position is based in Kota Tinggi, Johor.
• Candidate must be willing and able to work in above mentioned location.
