Job Description

We are expanding our ANZ subscription team - based in Malaysia. Currently, we have 1 opening for Senior-level positions and the successful candidate will be based at the Petaling Jaya office. The successful applicant must be willing to work within AUS/New Zealand time zone such as 7.00 am to 4.00 pm (MY time). Required excellent English communication skills - verbal and written

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day subscription activation and process for our clientele base in other countries such as Australia & New Zealand.

Your daily tasks will include but not limited to:-

Responsibilities:

  • Fully understand the Internal System to process & activate subscriptions.
  • Update orders information to CRM system.
  • Ensure client subscriptions are activated and deliver client access in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, Sales Guidelines & Group Guidelines.
  • Ensure order subscription details are complete and accurate.
  • Support BCI offices (Asia & ANZ) in order processing and ensure it’s done in a timely manner without delays, in the event the local Admin is not available.
  • Assisting renewal Manager in the subscription renewal process.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Ideally has a minimum 5 years of working experience in Admin and sales support roles. Familiar with order processing and activation. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - possess knowledge of different functions.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and highly focused.
  • Great attention to detail is essential.
  • Fluent in professional English (Oral & Written).
  • Experience working in a multinational company with remote teams.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH) and able to work between 7 am - 4 pm.
  • Ideally to join our Team in May/June 2024.
