The successful applicant must be willing to work within AUS/New Zealand time zone such as 7.00 am to 4.00 pm (MY time). Required excellent English communication skills - verbal and written
You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day subscription activation and process for our clientele base in other countries such as Australia &amp; New Zealand.
Your daily tasks will include but not limited to:-
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Fully understand the Internal System to process &amp; activate subscriptions.</li>
<li>Update orders information to CRM system.</li>
<li>Ensure client subscriptions are activated and deliver client access in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, Sales Guidelines &amp; Group Guidelines.</li>
<li>Ensure order subscription details are complete and accurate.</li>
<li>Support BCI offices (Asia &amp; ANZ) in order processing and ensure it’s done in a timely manner without delays, in the event the local Admin is not available.</li>
<li>Assisting renewal Manager in the subscription renewal process.</li>
<li>Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.</li>
</ul>
